Gobbler Results

The 32nd Gobbler rugby tournament took place during the Thanksgiving weekend of Oct 9-10, 2009. The excellent weather that the lower mainland had experienced over the previous several months held on as the sun shone for most of the games. Surrey defeated the Brit Lions in the men's final to win the tournament, while Bayside beat William's Lake to win the women's division. William's Lake took home the turkey trophy as the top social side of the tournament. The 'O' Fever theme of the tournament saw some creative Olympic costumes at the Gobbler dance. Thanks to all who attended and supported the event!
